Shipping & Returns

These terms apply to orders from Lotus Trading Company LLC. If you bought on Amazon, eBay or Walmart, that marketplace's policies also apply.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States.
• Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• You will receive tracking through the marketplace you ordered from as soon as it is available.

Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
• Contact us first at orders@lotustradingusa.com with your order number. We will send return instructions.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check the return.

Damaged or missing orders

Email us within 7 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date if it never arrived, and include your order number and a photo if the item was damaged.
